Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the Centre. Including the development of programs and services, customer service and facility management. As well as providing leadership to overall association administration, development of policies, procedures and deliverables.

Supports the organization’s marketing and communications efforts, fundraising initiatives, and provides leadership to registration software and other organizational functions.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, customer service focused and able to build a warm and welcoming environment at the Centre, have a minimum of two years’ experience in recreation settings, experience in program development and knowledge of the needs of older adults. Must have good attention to detail, follow through and professionalism.

- Degree or Diploma in Human Service field




- Minimum of two years’ experience working with seniors in the human service field
- Experience with Recreation Programming and supporting software programs
- Management of volunteers and staff required
- Must satisfactorily complete a Police Information Check
- Current First Aid required
