Duties
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children’s developmental stages
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing personalized support as needed
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to care
- Maintain organized records of daily activities, attendance, and developmental milestones
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing appropriate assistance
- Use computer skills to document observations, prepare reports, and manage classroom schedules
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation
- Computer operation skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Classroom experience demonstrating leadership, time management, and teaching abilities
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs
