Become a Team Leader in child visitation supervision at The Salvation Army, ensuring child welfare in a part-time capacity. This role emphasizes communication, documentation, and safety oversight. In this position, you will lead children's visits ensuring they meet court orders and family agreements. Collaboration with families for safety and instruction is paramount.
The Team
Leader is also responsible for accurate documentation and fee collection for services rendered during visits. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with court orders during visits
- Act as primary contact for childcare instructions
- Monitor and ensure child safety throughout visits
- Oversee staff during visitation assignments
- Gather documentation and manage record accuracy Requirements:
- Completed undergraduate degree in relevant fields
- Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License required
- First Aid & CPR certification mandatory
- One year experience with Supervised Access programs
