Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team for Airbnb property turnovers and residential unit cleaning. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure each property is spotless, well-organized, and ready for current occupants, contributing to memorable guest experiences and smooth property operations.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of Airbnb rentals and residential units between guest stays or resident move-ins
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels with efficiency and care
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure properties are fully equipped
- Conduct detailed inspections to verify cleanliness standards, report any damages or maintenance needs promptly
- Manage time effectively to complete multiple turnovers within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality
- Communicate professionally with property managers or hosts regarding cleaning status or special requests




- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition

Requirements

- Fluency in English
- Must own vehicle with valid insurance to travel to each job site
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to meet tight schedules
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various environments
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety protocols
- Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to interact professionally with guests or residents
