Maintain accurate and current pricing for all products and services across all clinic systems

Manage the financial and administrative aspects of clinic operations, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting against clinic KPIs

Organize and coordinate educational opportunities and staff events

Manage the CRM lead pipeline daily — ensuring every lead is followed up, tracked, and moved through the patient journey

Actively participate in discovery sessions and patient conversion, including working with and refining consultation scripts

Produce a weekly clinic scorecard covering leads, bookings, conversion rate, and recurring revenue, and run scorecard reviews with each team member and contractor

Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement new strategies for the clinic's growth and success
