We are the largest Canadian manufacturer of high-end custom cabinets in North America. We need people like you. We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator. The CNC Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting to ensure the production of high-quality components for custom cabinetry while adhering to safety and quality standards.

A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery to produce custom cabinetry components.

Load and unload materials and ensure the correct materials and programs are being used.

Read and follow production drawings, work orders, labels, and measurements.

Perform basic machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments as required.

Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions using appropriate measuring tools.

Identify and report quality, material, tooling, or equipment issues.

Ensure completed parts are properly labelled and organized for the next stage of production.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production departments.

Support continuous improvement and assist with training as required.

Represent, support, and uphold the company Core Values and Management Philosophy.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications:

Advanced CNC operation experience, or experience in a similar role within a related manufacturing environment.

Experience in cabinetry and/or woodworking, or a related field, preferred.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Familiarity with different machinery and manufacturing processes.

Programming experience is an asset.

Ability to read and follow production drawings and work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Comfortable using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn recent equipment and processes. GREAT BENEFITS.
