Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and products.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all tools, workstations, and treatment areas to ensure client safety.
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items, polishes, and skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, personalized attention, and effective communication skills.




- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize service flow and minimize wait times.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Skills

- Proven experience in body waxing is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is valued.
- Strong upselling abilities to recommend products and services that meet client needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and engaging clients effectively.
- Expertise in nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and intricate designs.
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction.
