Role Description

Lawyer, physician, and public members appointed to the Commission roster will be required to:

Review applications and conduct hearings, appeals, reviews, and deliberate with other Commission members, in accordance with the Act and regulations.

Analyze, assess and weigh information, representations, and records to reach a fair and impartial decision.

Participate in the development of panel decisions as a member, bringing an objective perspective in addition to other commission members.

Members are appointed for terms of up to 3 years and may serve up to 12 consecutive years if reappointed. Contact:
