We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring worksites are safe and projects are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- cut, jackhammer and restore concrete
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Help with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment
-Perform concrete prep including grinding and shotblasting
- Installation of resins, epoxy coatings and waterproofing membranes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
