Contract Administrator I – Bilingual
Location: 100% Remote (Hybrid optional)
Contract Duration: August 25, 2026 – December 31, 2026
Potential Extension/Conversion: Possible, based on business needs
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 37.5 hours/week. Schedule may shift to 9:00 AM–5:00 PM once fully trained.

Role Overview The Distributor Services team is seeking a Bilingual Contract Administrator to support advisor contracting, licensing, transfers of business, and ongoing administrative maintenance.
Reporting to the Manager of Distributor Services, this role will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure advisor records and contracting activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process new advisor contracting requests across multiple systems.
Review advisor licensing requirements and ensure compliance with applicable provincial regulations.
Research and process transfers of business between advisors.
Maintain and update advisor records and contracting information.
Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners in both English and French.
Manage a high volume of requests while consistently meeting established service-level agreements (SLAs).
Prioritize competing requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide responsive customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
Experience working with complex systems, with the ability and willingness to learn new applications quickly.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience and/or knowledge within the insurance industry.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment and meet established SLAs.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Knowledge of insurance advisor licensing requirements across Canadian provinces.
Experience with advisor contracting, licensing, distributor services, or insurance operations.
Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
Work from home Expectations
This is a 100% remote position, with hybrid work available as an option.
The successful candidate must be comfortable building strong working relationships virtually, communicating effectively with team members and leaders, and managing their workload independently without direct in-office supervision.
