Most COO jobs are about protecting what already exists. This one isn't.

We are a profitable, owner-operated blow moulder in Regina running polycarbonate and PET. We just bought a plant in Phoenix. We have the equipment, the customers, and the capital. What we don't have is the operator who can run both countries and take us from where we are to three times the size.... That's the job. Not a slide deck about it — the actual job.

You'll own the floor in Regina, control our North American customer base, stand up Phoenix from cold iron to running product, and be measured on numbers you can point to: OEE, scrap, cost per unit, on-time delivery, EBITDA. You'll report directly to the owner. There is no committee, no matrix, no six-month approval cycle. You'll get a decision in a day and be expected to make most of them yourself.

Bring proof.

We will ask for the specific P&L; line you were measured on and the before-and-after numbers on an improvement you actually delivered. Vague scope and borrowed credit will get caught in the first interview.

In exchange: $120,000–$160,000 CAD base, an annual bonus tied to a real operating scorecard, a separate incentive tied to making Phoenix profitable, and equity — because if you build this thing, you should own a piece of it.

If you want a comfortable seat at a company that's already finished growing, this isn't it. If you've been waiting for a plant you can actually put your name on, apply.
