Help Power Canada's High Performance Freestyle Ski Program Reports to: High Performance Manager

Location: Remote within Canada; travel required

Status: Full-time

Anticipated start: October 5, 2026 Freestyle Canada is the national sport organization responsible for freestyle skiing in Canada.

Our High

Performance department supports athletes, coaches and staff across Moguls, Aerials, Halfpipe, Slopestyle and Big Air, delivering the programs and performance environment that help Canada's national teams succeed on the world stage. We're looking for a highly organized, collaborative and proactive Coordinator, High Performance Operations to become the operational hub of our High Performance department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance setting and enjoys bringing people, processes and logistics together to support world-class sport.

Working closely with the High Performance Director, High Performance Manager and technical staff, you'll play a central role in coordinating the operational systems that keep our national team programs running effectively. From planning travel and managing budgets to coordinating projects, information and departmental priorities, you'll ensure athletes, coaches and staff have the operational support they need to focus on performance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Canada's high-performance sport system and support athletes on their journey to World Cups, World Championships and the Olympic Games.

As you grow in the role, you'll also have opportunities to support domestic and international events, gaining firsthand experience in the daily operations of Canada's national freestyle ski teams. As the Coordinator, High Performance Operations, you'll provide operational and administrative support across the High Performance department by: Athlete services and administration:



Maintain athlete records and annual documentation; coordinate memberships, eligibility and Safe Sport requirements; support SAIP registrations,

insurance claims, injury tracking, anti-doping administration, and athlete onboarding and offboarding. Travel, camps and competitions: Maintain travel information, itineraries and the High Performance calendar; support visas, accreditation, competition registrations and logistics for camps, World Cups, NorAms and other training and competition activities.

Equipment and inventory: Track team clothing, sponsor equipment, seasonal shipments, radios, technology, and medical and recovery equipment; coordinate sizing, ordering and distribution.

- Financial and operational support: Track travel expenditures, assist with reconciliations, budget information, bill backs and purchase requests, and keep department records organized and current. www.freestylecanada.ski Communication and information: Maintain shared calendars and operational documents; coordinate meetings and action items; update athlete and coach biographies and other High Performance web content; support bilingual content updates where required.

Continuous improvement: Respond to day-to-day requests, coordinate information across departments and stakeholders, and suggest practical ways to make administrative processes clearer and more efficient. What you bring A diploma or degree in sport management, business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.





Experience in administration, sport, events, travel, logistics, customer service or project coordination. Relevant internships, co-op placements and volunteer experience are welcome.

Strong Microsoft

Office skills, particularly Excel, and comfort learning shared digital systems.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication and customer-service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm and helpful in a fast-moving environment. English is required; French is an asset. Eligibility to work in Canada. Safe Sport training and a clear Criminal Record Check, or the ability and willingness to obtain both.

Availability for occasional travel and non-traditional hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $45,000–$60,000 annually, plus health benefits. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
