Now Hiring: Customer Service & Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Casket Outlet is a well-established and growing company looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking a punctual, reliable, mature, friendly, motivated, comfortable handling payments, customer service experience preferred full-time team member to join our team.
Immediate start available.
Location: Mississauga (Eglinton & Tomken)
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $18–$21/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time Position – Saturday or Sunday availability is required
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and by email
- Help customers with product selection and process orders
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and confidently
- Respond to emails and perform basic administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Keep the showroom clean and organized
- Help pack and prepare Purolator shipments
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English is required
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Mature, dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable answering phone calls and replying to emails
- Good computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Fast learner with a strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service, retail, or office experience is an asset
- Looking for long-term employment
