CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Tropical Delight is a Toronto based beverage company servicing the domestic and export markets. We develop and market our proprietary brand of fruit juice and nectars, to a wide range of customers in both the retail and foodservice sectors in Canada, USA and Caribbean.

Requirements:

- Experience with GS1
- Previous experience with export documentation, inventory control, order processing and sales support.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems with inefficiencies and develop effective solutions and solve problems.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
- Solid verbal and written Communication skills
- Self motivated, punctual, confident, with Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Amazon order processing and execution
- Onboarding and set up of new retail customers including Walmart, etc
- Experience with EDI as a daily tool
- Export Order processing WITH EXCEL and invoice generation in Quickbooks
- Support sales team for all enquiries and marketing data
- Compliance procedures with CFIA and safe food licence




- Verify all parameters of the order(pricing, product code, inventory, etc), & prepare and submit an Excel Proforma Invoice for customer approval.
- Schedule & co-ordinate Export shipments with Truckers and Shipping lines.
- Interact with warehouse to ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders.
- Prepare export documentation including B13, Bill of lading instructions and final export invoices (excel)
- Respond to inquiries made by customers by telephone or in writing
- Perform other related duties as assigned
