Borderland Co-op is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Whitewood Dairy Queen. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in recruitment, training and development and performance management.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, organize, direct, support and evaluate daily operations.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Assist with performance reviews.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
- Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
- Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.

Who you are:

- Possess 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant environment, including supervisory or management experience.
