East Guelph Family Health Group is seeking a Dermatologist to join our growing primary care network in Guelph, Ontario.

Our Family Health Group provides comprehensive primary care through East Guelph Medical Clinic (EGMC) and West Guelph Medical Clinic (WGMC). With a large and growing patient population across both locations, we have significant demand for timely dermatologic care and a strong internal referral base from our family physicians.

The Opportunity The successful physician will provide outpatient dermatology services to patients across our East Guelph and West Guelph locations.

The scope of practice can be tailored to the dermatologist’s clinical interests and may include:

General medical dermatology

Acne, rosacea and inflammatory skin conditions

Eczema and psoriasis

Skin lesions and skin cancer assessment

Hair and nail disorders

Pigmentary disorders

Dermatologic conditions across adult and pediatric populations

Skin biopsies, excisions and other appropriate office-based procedures

Other areas of dermatology according to the physician’s interests and scope of practice The dermatologist will work collaboratively with family physicians across the Family Health Group, providing consultation, treatment and ongoing specialist care where appropriate.

Clinical sessions will be provided across both locations, with scheduling structured according to patient demand and physician availability.





We are open to discussing full-time or part time arrangements and offer flexibility for physicians interested in establishing or expanding a community-based dermatology practice.

Qualifications

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for independent practice with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and have appropriate specialist training in Dermatology.

We welcome applications from established dermatologists, physicians completing specialist training, and physicians considering relocation to Guelph.
