360 Business Marketing Inc. is a Vaughan-based digital marketing agency currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully in-office role (no remote option).

Location: 1136 Centre St, Thornhill, ON L4J 3M8 We’re looking for a junior/entry-level candidate with foundational experience who is ready to expand their skills and grow within a team-oriented team. Requirements:

Must have valid work authorization in Canada

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Hands-on experience working with WordPress

Background or strong interest in marketing

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities across various content formats (blogs, webpages, landing pages, social content, press releases, scripts, promotional materials)

Experienced with Canva and a strong eye for design.

Experienced with relevant AI tools Key Responsibilities:

- SEO Content Creation (35%)

Write, edit, and proofread optimized content such as blog posts, website pages, and social media copy

Ensure all content meets quality and marketing standards

- Technical & Website Support (35%)

Build and maintain WordPress websites, including updating themes, plugins,



menus, pages, and widgets

Experience with WIX or Squarespace is considered an asset

Create marketing visuals using Canva

Use Google Analytics and support SEO activities

Work with AI-based tools to improve workflow and output

Social Media

Management (20%)

Draft, schedule, and publish posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok

Assist in managing day-to-day engagement and content planning

Client

Support (10%)

Provide assistance to customers using our digital marketing services

- Team Support & Mentorship

Offer guidance to team members and contribute to overall team development

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

Understanding of SEO, branding, user experience, and basic design concepts

Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
