Overview
- Analyze learning needs in collaboration with content experts and stakeholders
- Design training paths adapted to different user profiles and complex organizational contexts
- Develop pedagogical scenarios that promote independent learning and the application of knowledge
- Develop e-learning modules, e-learning courses and digital self-learning paths
- Produce multimedia content such as video clips, tutorials, interactive demonstrations and simulations
- Create task aids, quick reference guides, infographics, FAQs, and support tools
- Ensure accessibility, pedagogical quality, user experience and consistency of the content developed
- Maintain a centralized library of educational content and make required updates
- Integrate content into training platforms and manage learning catalogs
- Perform functional testing, quality control, and version tracking prior to release
- Ensure compliance with applicable technological, pedagogical and organizational standards
- Define performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of training activities
- Produce dashboards, usage reports, and training adoption analytics
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of content, paths and knowledge transfer practices
- Contribute to change management initiatives that drive the sustainable adoption of organizational tools, processes, and methods
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, administration, management or a related field
- Have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of information technology
- Have at least five (5) years of experience acquired in the last ten (10)
years as a specialist in digital training, e-learning or educational engineering
- Demonstrate significant experience in instructional engineering and digital training development
- Design training programs for complex technological or organizational environments
- Create multimedia, interactive, and self-learning content
- Collaborate with content experts and multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects
- Participate in organizational transformation or information systems deployment projects
- Master the principles of adult learning (andragogy)
- Knowledge of change management and digital systems adoption approaches
- Demonstrate an excellent ability to popularize and structure information
- Apply Agile or hybrid project management methods
- Use Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Project Operations (an asset)
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and associated collaboration tools (an asset)
- Experience in project, program or portfolio management (an asset)
- Experience in a project office or PMO (an asset)
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector (an asset)
- Understand the areas of portfolio, program and project management (an asset)
- Obtain certification in instructional design, educational technology, or instructional engineering
- Hold an Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 or equivalent certification
- Have a Microsoft Learning, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent certification
- Hold a change management certification, such as Prosci or an equivalent certification
- Have a PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 certification (an asset)
