About the role ServiceNow is seeking a sales leader to manage a team of direct Sales Executives focused on cybersecurity solutions. You will define regional market strategies, oversee territory planning, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

What you'll do

- Recruit, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations.
- Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to identify business needs and secure recent opportunities.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through consistent engagement.
- Coordinate with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner ecosystem to drive revenue.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cybersecurity sales leadership.
- Demonstrated success in new business development, including C-level negotiation and presentations.
- Strong background in managing, coaching, and recruiting sales talent.




- Experience with financial planning, territory management, and CRM pipeline reporting.
- Ability to integrate AI tools into decision-making and workflow processes.
- Deep understanding of IT business drivers and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Practical notes

Base pay ranges from CAD 68,300 to 200,000, plus equity, variable incentive compensation, and perks. Total compensation is based on qualifications and location.
