The dishwasher plays a critical role in success of the restaurant. They ensure that the kitchen stays clean and organized. They set up dish stations and turn on and work from an industrial dishwashing machine. They spend their time loading and unloading dishes and kitchen equipment such as pot, pans and utensils plus glassware.
