Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive for banquet events, providing excellent guest services with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Verify reservations and event details to facilitate seamless access to banquet areas
- Assist with directing guests to their designated event spaces, maintaining clear communication and hospitality standards




- Enforce security protocols by monitoring access points, ensuring only authorized guests enter banquet areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, demonstrating strong communication skills and hospitality expertise
- Support event staff with logistical needs, including handling phone etiquette for inquiries or coordination requests

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members
- Dress code black dress pants and black dress shirt
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during busy event times
- A positive attitude, energetic approach, and commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all guests
