It's fast, diverse, and hands-on, and what you build actually matters. The role

You'll design, code, test, and ship applications across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Power Platform, and Azure, from low-code configuration to custom .NET development and REST APIs. You'll own real features end to end and work directly alongside senior architects and our founder, so there's nowhere to hide and plenty of room to grow. What you'll do

- Translate technical specs into working, tested applications across web and Dynamics 365
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Build on Dynamics 365 Customer Service (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace, agent profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing)
- Deliver both low-code and custom development on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
- Design and develop secure REST APIs (Apigee / APIM), and convert services between SOAP and REST
- Develop in Azure across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, with Azure SQL, Entity Framework, and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot, support integrations, and provide post-implementation support
- Prepare clear documentation, reports,



and design walkthroughs for technical and business stakeholders What you bring
- 4+ years C#
- 3+ years .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API
- 3+ years Entity Framework / EF Core (or Dapper), and SQL Server
- 3+ years Git source control
- 2+ years REST API development and the OpenAPI (Swagger) specification
- 3+ years building secure .NET apps (OAuth, token / claims-based auth, Windows Auth)
- Solid grasp of the .NET framework fundamentals (CLR, IL, memory management)
- 2+ years .NET cloud development Dynamics 365, Power Platform & Azure
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (low-code and custom)
- Dataverse design and development
- Azure solution design and Dynamics interoperability with other Microsoft cloud services
- Agile delivery with DevOps, task boards, and pipelines Communication
- Strong written and verbal skills, a team player who hits deadlines and keeps clients informed Nice to have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications
- API gateway depth (Apigee security, analytics, throttling, caching, logging), Swagger / YAML docs
- Integration frameworks (Mule, Camel), middleware and gateways
- Web technologies (DHTML, AJAX), security frameworks (JWT, OAuth2)
