Role Description The E-Commerce Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for optimizing the online presentation of products for Suzy Shier & Le Château. This position involves managing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and categorization, and maintaining visually appealing merchandising across the website. The role includes monitoring inventory levels online, coordinating with buying and marketing teams, and supporting online promotions and campaigns.

The E-Commerce Merchandiser analyzes sales and customer behavior data to adjust product placement and assortments, improves conversion and engagement,



and collaborates with customer service and retail teams to ensure a consistent omnichannel experience.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey product information clearly.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail skills to understand shopper needs and ensure a seamless online experience aligned with in-store standards.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to interpret performance data, support promotional strategies, and drive revenue through effective merchandising.

Experience in e-commerce merchandising, fashion retail, or related fields is highly beneficial, along with solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfort with e-commerce platforms, basic analytics tools, and Excel or similar software is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Canada, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment is required.
