Educators will play a vital role in creating enriching, child-led learning experiences. This role may involve working across multiple locations in Spruce Grove to support and implement innovative childcare programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop child-care programs promoting holistic development
- Lead engaging activities like storytelling and games
- Maintain a secure and healthy environment for children




- Assess children's needs and communicate progress with parents
- Observe and report on children's behavioral development Requirements:
- Child Development Certificate (Alberta, Level 1, 2, or 3)
- Valid Standard Child Care / Level C First Aid certificate
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check
- Previous experience in childcare preferred
