Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
As an ECE , you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children. Your main responsibility will be to create a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities - Provide a variety of learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the overall well-being of the children - Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children Skills:
