ElectricMan is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Journeyman/Woman Electrician to join our team.

Our projects include a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical work throughout Calgary and the surrounding area. From custom homes and service upgrades to commercial tenant improvements, renovations, troubleshooting, and specialty electrical installations, no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their projects, lead apprentices when required, and consistently deliver clean, professional electrical installations.

What You'll Be Working On

Custom homes and new construction

Residential renovations and basement developments

Commercial tenant improvements and renovations

Electrical service calls and troubleshooting

Panel replacements and service upgrades

EV charger installations

Generator installations and transfer switches

Home and building automation

Lighting systems and controls

Commercial and light industrial wiring

Distribution equipment

Fire alarm and emergency lighting systems

Data, communication, and low-voltage cabling

Electrical inspections, deficiencies, and repairs

What We're Looking For

Certified Journeyman Electrician

Strong residential and/or commercial electrical experience

Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code

Ability to lead and mentor apprentices when required

Pride in producing clean, organized, professional workmanship

Robust communication and customer-service skills

Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-focused





Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with customers and the ElectricMan team, and can be trusted to complete projects properly and efficiently.

Requirements

Journeyman/Woman Electrician Certification (Required)

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Required)

Legally entitled to work in Canada

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CSTS 2020, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, First Aid, and Elevated Work Platform certifications are considered assets
