This role requires a knack for prioritizing, effective communication, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations. You will be responsible for triaging patients, performing assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to stabilize and educate patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Triage patients based on acuity and urgency
- Perform comprehensive assessments and administer medications
- Respond to critical situations including trauma and cardiac arrest
- Monitor vital signs and initiate wound care and IV therapy
- Document care in electronic medical records accurately Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse License required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications essential
- Minimum 2 years of emergency or acute care experience
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
