We are seeking new estheticians/ nail techs to join our team. As a Nail Technician or esthetician, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting a positive salon experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a robust attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform various nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Provide body waxing services and facial services as needed
- Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment in accordance with industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional salon services and retail products to enhance the client's experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends and techniques
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license or Nail Technician license from CANS（certification）.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus
- Proficient in upselling salon services and retail products
- Basic understanding of retail sales principles
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism what we offer:
