Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and specialized therapies tailored to individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Provide professional product recommendations and upsell retail skincare products to enhance results and meet client goals
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions, and creating personalized treatment plans
- Assist in retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and encouraging repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas according to health regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist with a valid license or certification in esthetics
- Demonstrated skill in eyelash extension application and other advanced skincare techniques
- Robust communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales and upselling skincare products is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Prior front desk or reception experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for administrative duties
