Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 CAD per year performance bonus

About the role

We are looking for an Event Specialist who loves creating memorable experiences. At One Podium Inc., events are how we connect with our community, partners, and customers, and we need someone to make them seamless, impactful, and on-brand.

This role is hands-on. You will manage events from planning to execution, working closely with our small but ambitious team. You will help bring our strategy to life, ensuring each event supports our growth goals and builds strong relationships.

What you will do

- Plan and execute events, managing logistics for virtual and in-person events including venues, vendors, budgets, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure every event aligns with business priorities.
- Capture leads, nurture attendees, and measure results to optimize future events.
- Ensure all event materials and experiences reflect our brand and culture.
- Maintain organized event documentation, budgets, and reporting, continuously improving processes.

What we are looking for

- 2 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or B2B event execution,



with SaaS or startup experience a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key events.
