Responsibilities
- Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for all visitors, contractors, and service providers entering the residence
- Conduct thorough surveillance activities using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
- Implement security protocols during entry and exit procedures, ensuring compliance with established safety standards
- Maintain detailed logs of all access events, surveillance footage, and incident reports for accountability and review
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address security incidents or threats
- Perform routine inspections of perimeter fences, gates,
and entry points to identify vulnerabilities or unauthorized access attempts
- Stay alert to environmental cues or behavioral anomalies that could indicate potential security risks
Experience
- Prior experience in law enforcement, military security, or private security roles demonstrating strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Proven expertise in surveillance techniques, including CCTV operation and monitoring systems
- Familiarity with access control systems and visitor management software is highly desirable
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to security incidents or emergencies
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail for detecting unusual activity or potential threats
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency services or law enforcement agencies
