Become a vital part of the Perth East Recreation Complex as a Facility Operator. Oversee operations, maintenance, and cleaning of facilities to ensure a safe and inviting space for the community. This full-time position requires a responsible individual to lead the day-to-day operations and collaborate with the Manager of Parks, Recreation and Community Services.

You will maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and overall appeal while implementing effective operational controls. The role also includes managing inventory and working with outside contractors. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Facility Assistants and report project progress
- Develop and maintain operational controls for facility assets




- Ensure cleanliness and safety of Township facilities
- Manage supplies and general inventory
- Create and maintain winter rink ice surfaces Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Sport/Recreation Management or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience in a facility setting
- Certifications in Ice Technology and Pool Operations desired
- Valid Ontario G license required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends Support the community by maintaining safe and enjoyable recreational facilities at Perth East Recreation Complex.
