Construction Market is a Toronto technology company serving the residential construction industry. We’re seeking a proactive Field Business Representative to strengthen our presence on the ground across GTA neighbourhoods.

Responsibilities

- Represent the company professionally in the communities we serve
- Drive planned neighbourhood routes and maintain an active field presence
- Observe and note local construction activity relevant to our services
- Keep organized, accurate records through our simple mobile app
- Contribute field insights that support our business development goals

Qualifications
- Presentable, professional, and energetic in person
- Access to a reliable car and valid driver’s licence (required — routes are driving-based)
- Organized and observant,



with accurate reporting habits
- Comfortable with smartphone apps (full training provided)
- Reliable and self-managed
- Interest or experience in construction or real estate is a plus, not required

Pay & schedule
- Base pay + activity pay + driving allowance (details at interview)
- Flexible daytime hours, 15-25 hrs/week, seasonal (August-December)
- Routes in North York to start
