Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food service activities, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling using POS systems,
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all guests feel valued and satisfied.
- Manage team schedules, conduct interviews, and assist with onboarding to build a skilled and cohesive team.
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor operations for efficiency, quality control, and cleanliness; support food industry best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain accurate cash registers, reconcile sales reports,



and oversee inventory levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with restaurant management on operational improvements and staff development initiatives.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation..
- Strong background in restaurant management with familiarity in hospitality standards.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms; cash handling expertise required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Prior experience in interviewing potential staff members and conducting performance evaluations.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures; certifications preferred.
- Previous roles involving restaurant experience, hotel or hospitality industry exposure, or barista experience are advantageous.
