Duties

- Manage purchasing and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing waste.
- Oversee pricing strategies, sales promotions, and merchandising displays to attract customers and boost revenue.
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer engagement within the community.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation standards, and company policies at all times.

Skills

- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in supervising retail teams and managing store operations.




- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales techniques.
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and merchandising principles.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, along with team management expertise.
- Competent in budgeting, sales management, marketing strategies, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, cash handling procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
- Analytical mindset with strong math skills for inventory control and financial recordkeeping.
