Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as concrete foundation building. placing and pouring concrete.
- Support carpentry work including form setting
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Qualifications




- Prior construction experience or a strong desire to learn on the job
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques such as carpentry and concrete finishing
- Familiarity with safety procedures on construction sites
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
