Responsibilities

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
- Use hand tools for carpentry, woodworking
- Handle heavy lifting safely to move materials or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project




- Strong knowledge of carpentry, siding installation, and woodworking techniques
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Familiarity with welding processes for structural or decorative purposes
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in restoration projects or working with schematics is desirable
