As a Front End Associate, you will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities may include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Operating cash registers and processing customer transactions accurately
- Assisting customers with questions and requests
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area
- Supporting customers with returns, exchanges, and general inquiries
- Helping maintain a smooth and efficient front-end operation
- Working collaboratively with team members and supporting store needs
