Job Overview

We’re looking for an energetic and approachable Shift Leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and a positive team setting. This role supports the restaurant GM, Sous Chef, and fellow Shift Leaders to assure consistency across all shifts. If you enjoy leading by example, providing top-notch customer service, and thrive in a lively setting, this position is perfect for you.

Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver friendly and attentive guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with cash handling duties accurately at the point of sale.




- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the venue.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages teamwork and positive guest interactions.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is required; enthusiasm, a team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with guests.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong skills as a server and a bartender required. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires stepping into roles on the floor often. (This position receives gratuities)
- A proactive attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Cafe/Barista experience a bonus.
