About The Role A career as a Senior Full Stack Developer in the Capital Markets Technology team at National Bank means serving as an end-to-end application development specialist. This position allows you to have a concrete and lasting impact on critical systems, thanks to your expertise in backend and frontend development, software architecture, and modern DevOps practices, in a context where quality, security, and innovation are top priorities. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust application solutions that support our capital markets operations.

You will participate in architectural decisions, contribute to the evolution of our technological platforms, and ensure that our systems are sustainable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance, and operations, you will develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions, including user interfaces and APIs, while ensuring technical and functional consistency. Additionally, you will implement and enhance continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate testing, validation, and delivery processes.

Leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities in software development, you will help increase productivity, improve code quality, and accelerate project delivery,

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of professional experience in software development. Demonstrated expertise in backend development using Java, Python, and SQL is essential. You should also have concrete experience in frontend development with React and TypeScript, including modern UI architecture practices.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment tools is required. A keen interest or experience in utilizing artificial intelligence in software development is highly desirable. Additionally, you should understand best practices related to application security, performance optimization, and system scalability.

Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively within an agile team environment are also important for this role.
