A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms following the IHG Way of Cleaning standards. Replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while diligently handling guest requests in a timely manner. You will work with a dynamic team to help achieve the ultimate Guest Experience while earning employee incentives & rewards.

Room Attendant duties will include;

- sanitizing guest bedrooms and bathrooms.

*Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities and vacuuming.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping cart on daily basis.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks when required.

*Comply with hotel security,



fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

*Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships. Must be able to work independently and with others when required.

- Participate in IHG brand standard Way of Cleaning training programs conducted at time of hire and mandatory annual re certification training. Participate in mandatory staff meetings.

Job Experience

- Must have minimum 1 year housekeeping experience and/or,
- Must be able to work under time pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
