This role includes working closely with students, families, and staff, providing critical First Nations and Metis perspectives. You will coordinate services, track progress, and ensure family involvement, playing a vital role in promoting positive student outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide culturally relevant guidance to students and families
- Coordinate case management to track student well-being




- Collaborate with community agencies for support access
- Conduct home visits as part of service integration
- Engage with school staff to ensure consistent support Requirements:
- Diploma in social work, mental health, or similar
- Experience in delivering human services support
- Reliable vehicle and valid Driver's License
- Strong communication and support facilitation skills
