Welcomes/greets every customer to provide excellent customer service in keeping with the strict guidelines as outlined by the Compass policies.
Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner Prepares and preps various stir fry/ sprout orders while adhering to Compass standards.
Follows all Compass policies for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products.
Keeps station clean and presentable Understands how to keep the logs at the station Must be able to lift 30lbs Dishes, clean up, helps with set up for next day Prep for the day or next day Helps with inventory and ordering Must follow all COMPASS cash handling policies and procedures.
Must adhere to all COMPASS Policies and Procedures and Health & Safety standards.
- Must follow the COMPASS strict uniform and hygiene policies. Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management
