Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance
- Operate manual tools and equipment safely under supervision when required
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and materials





Experience

- Previous experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not mandatory; a solid willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments
