- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards,



and legal regulations across all store activities.

Skills

- Proven experience in retail management with robust supervisory skills and team leadership capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable purchasing agreements and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to communicate seamlessly with diverse customer bases and team members.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing budgets and schedules.
- Effective communication skills for staff training, customer interactions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies, pricing tactics, and sales management techniques.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new hires, and developing staff through training & development programs.
