Role : AI Engineer

Duration: Contract – 12 Months

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that improve business processes and automate workflows. The role involves developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), deploying models into production, and building scalable AI applications. You will work closely with data engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Develop and fine-tune LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangSmith, and OpenAI APIs.
- Deploy AI models using CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.
- Build scalable APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Monitor model performance, reliability, and drift.
- Work with structured and unstructured data using Python, SQL, Spark, and Pandas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Solid Python programming (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, and deep learning.
- Strong MLOps experience (MLflow,



Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications.
