We seek a motivated Geotechnical Engineer and Project Manager to join EXP Kamloops. You'll be instrumental in guiding projects from concept to completion, leading a team of Engineers and Technicians. Your extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, coupled with business development skills, will allow you to cultivate strong client relationships and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members • Champion Safety and Quality standards in operations • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Prepare and approve proposals for business growth • Manage geotechnical and materials testing projects
Requirements: • Registered P.Eng. with EGBC or ability to transfer • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering • 10-15 years of progressive experience • Strong understanding of materials testing • Experience in shoring systems is an asset
