Outdoor Greenskeeper / Golf Course Maintenance

Willow Tree Golf is looking for a dependable and hardworking Outdoor Greenskeeper / Golf Course Maintenance Team Member to join our grounds crew.

This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working outside, takes pride in their work, and wants to help maintain excellent playing conditions throughout the golf season.

Responsibilities

- Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough and other turf areas
- Maintain and rake bunkers
- Trim and maintain grass around trees, gardens, tee boxes and course features
- Repair divots and assist with general turf maintenance
- Assist with daily course setup, including tee markers, flags and other course equipment
- Remove branches, leaves, debris and garbage from the course
- Assist with landscaping, flower beds and general property beautification
- Operate mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles and other grounds-maintenance equipment
- Assist with irrigation and watering as required
- Keep maintenance equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Assist with tournament and special-event course preparation
- Perform other general golf course maintenance duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently




- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing repetitive and manual outdoor work
- Able to safely operate landscaping and grounds-maintenance equipment
- Willing to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Golf course, landscaping, farming or grounds-maintenance experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Position Details Location: Willow Tree Golf, 571 Metcalfe St East, Strathroy, Ontario

Position: Seasonal – Golf Course Maintenance / Greenskeeper

Schedule: Weekdays and weekends, including early morning shifts

Start Date: Immediately / As soon as possible
