In this role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, develop training plans, and foster a positive workplace that encourages growth and confidence. Your energy and expertise will inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels to reach new heights in their gymnastics journey.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety.
- Monitor athletes’ performance closely, providing constructive feedback to improve technique and confidence.
- Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing safety guidelines and spotting athletes during complex maneuvers.
- Organize practice schedules, track progress,



and prepare athletes for competitions or showcases when applicable.
- Incorporate fun and motivational activities to keep participants energized and committed to their development.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate progress and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications

- Experience as a Gymnast and a gymnastics coach
- NCCP tained or certified coach.
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check
