Rapid Repair Services Calgary is a trusted handyman and small renovations company serving Calgary and the surrounding communities of Strathmore, Cochrane, and Airdrie. We help homeowners and businesses stay on top of repairs, and we take pride in doing quality work with care and reliability.

We are looking for skilled, dependable handyman technician to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for ongoing work.

What You Will Be Doing

As a technician with Rapid Repair Services Calgary, you will handle a wide range of residential and commercial repair and maintenance work, including:

- Plumbing: faucet, toilet, sink, bathroom fan, sump pump, humidifier, and hood range repair and installation
- Electrical: light fixture installation, outlet and switch replacement, thermostat, smoke and CO2 detectors, smart home devices, and LED upgrades
- Carpentry: door and window frame repair and installation, storm doors, baseboards, and casing
- Drywall: repair, taping, mudding, painting, ceiling repair, and shelving installation
- Mounting: TVs, mirrors, bathroom fixtures, mailboxes, and address signage
- Painting: interior and exterior painting, deck and fence painting and staining, and touch-ups
- Maintenance: silicone and grout repair

What We Offer -$20 to $27.00 per hour depending on skill with room to advance
- Travel allowance provided
- Service call hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with standard hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Some after hour calls
- On-site training in carpentry,

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, or minor electrical & more
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Professional, courteous attitude when working in customers' homes and businesses
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

-Must speak and write in fluent English -Must follow directions well and contact business owner if any issues arise
- Must supply your own basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in residential homes, including properties where seniors reside

Work Location and Schedule

Field-based position covering Calgary and surrounding service areas. Part-time available with work ramping up from spring through fall. After-hours emergency availability by phone is appreciated but not mandatory.
